Education creates opportunities, but results depend on many factors beyond our control—your effort, market conditions, prior experience, and frankly, timing and luck play roles too.

3. Enrolment and Access

When you enrol in a ivxetrixseroriaex program, you're granted access to course materials for the duration specified in your program details. This access is personal to you and shouldn't be shared with others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we notice activities that violate these terms or disrupt the learning experience for others. This isn't something we do lightly—we'd rather work with you to resolve issues.

4. User Responsibilities

Expected Conduct

We maintain a professional learning environment. This means treating instructors and fellow students with respect, even when you disagree with their perspectives or approaches.

Prohibited Activities

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The content we create—course materials, videos, written guides, templates—belongs to ivxetrixseroriaex. You can use these materials for your own learning and professional development, but you can't repackage them, sell them, or claim them as your own work.

If you create presentations or materials as part of coursework, you retain ownership of your work. However, by submitting work for feedback or sharing it in class discussions, you grant us permission to use it as teaching examples (anonymized when appropriate).

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day consideration period from your initial access to course materials. If the program isn't what you expected during this window, we'll process a refund minus any administrative fees.

After this period, refunds become more complicated because you've already accessed significant portions of the content. Individual circumstances vary, so contact us if you're facing genuine hardship or unexpected situations that prevent you from continuing.

7. Privacy and Data Usage

We collect information necessary to provide educational services—your name, contact details, payment information, and data about how you interact with course materials. This helps us improve programs and provide relevant support.

Your privacy matters. We don't sell your personal information to third parties. We use it to operate our programs, communicate with you about your learning, and occasionally send information about new offerings that might interest you.

8. Modifications to Services

11. Termination

You can discontinue your program at any time. Depending on when you leave and your payment arrangement, you may remain responsible for certain fees. Active payment plans continue unless formally cancelled.

Our Right to Terminate

We can suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms in ways that affect other students or the integrity of our programs. Before taking this step, we'll usually try to address the issue directly with you.

Grounds for immediate termination include sharing course materials publicly, harassment of instructors or students, or fraudulent payment activities.

12. Dispute Resolution

For disputes that can't be resolved directly, we're open to mediation before pursuing formal legal channels. This approach tends to be faster and less expensive for everyone involved.

These terms are governed by Australian law, specifically the laws applicable in New South Wales. Any legal proceedings would be conducted in courts within that jurisdiction.

13. Updates to Terms

We update these terms periodically. When we make significant changes, we'll notify active students via email and post a notice on the website. Continued use of our services after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

14. General Provisions
